How to choose the right dog treats
Start by considering the purpose. For training you'll want small, quick morsels that your dog can take several of in a row without filling up. As a reward after a long walk, or as a weekend delicacy, the firm, chewy varieties and the luxurious squares are a better fit. For daily dental care, choose dental. Size matters too: smaller dogs do perfectly well with crackers and little pieces of fish, while larger dogs often get far more out of cow ears and the more substantial chews.
